Sandspreader kit for Scania superstructure ICL2 contains our most popular sandspreaders with a capacity of 90 liters. The driver can easily and effectively control the sandspreader from the vehicle’s instrument panel, and can independently extract an appropriate amount of sand. The sandspreaders can be connected to the Scania canbus, which makes them work with the vehicle’s ABS / EBS system. This increases safety by, among other things, reducing the braking distance. Included in the set are two standard brackets, two consoles for Scania left / right, a control center and cabling. The sandspreaders are powered by an electric motor and the sand is heated by a heating element. Recommended sand for use: 4-8 mm. The sandspreader is mounted in front of the drive wheels on trucks and buses. Weight for spreader excl. sand: 40 kg.
